Based on the Victorian surf coast in Torquay, the Hilbilby team dedicate their time to brewing their hero product, the FiRE TONiC®; a range of live, fermented herbal fire cider made with raw apple cider vinegar. These master tonics are bursting with prebiotic rich fibre and other gut-loving herbs and spices.
Each 180ml bottle of FiRE TONiC® contains approx 10-20 serves and is versatile in it’s uses such as shots, mixed with hot drinks, used in sauces and even mixed through cocktails.
